Diagnostics Check using Samsung Members

Having troubles with a particlar setting or function on your phone? You can easily complete a Diagnostic check via the Samsung Members app. Simply follow th below guide for step-by-step instructions.

1Launch  Samsung Members app

2Tap on  for more options

3Select Diagnostics

4If you would like to run through all Diagnostic checks please tap on Start

5You Galaxy device will then run through the checks

6If you prefer to just check 1 specific setting simply tap on the setting to begin

7Follow the on screen instructions to complete the check
